Ameri-Mixer: faster, money-saving, made in America

The Ameri-Mixer™ is now a reality. "We’ve paid close attention both to design and manufacturing technology in our engineering for these new planetary mixers,” Tom Hilts explains. “We’ve made many of the most-used features standard. The options we offer let our clients customize their unit to suit a specific application.”

Ameri-Mixer ™ operation is straightforward and dependable. “We know that for our customers time is money. Now they can choose a product that is manufactured in America,” Hilts notes.

• Ameri-Mixer ™ from W.P. Hilts & Co. includes many of the standard features found in existing brands with the potential to deliver faster delivery times and significant cost savings.
• Gearbox that embodies high quality, structural design with easy access cover
• Hardened gears in an oil sump for proper lubrication and cooling
• Wide slewing ring for smooth and reliable operations
• Hydrodynamic coupling for protection to the transmission against overloads
• Gearbox with state-of-the-art materials
• Discharge gate proximity switches activated by cams fixed on the main gate
• Reversible mixing blades to optimize the mixing action and control wear-and-tear
• Hydraulic power unit is included

The Ameri-Mixer ™ will come in 8 models. They will range from 500L to 4500L. Some of the optional features available are:
